you will need:

1+blocks of neatherack
stairs(amount is up to you)
stone blocks(amount is up to you)
flint & steel

build an 8+ block around your neatherack blocks.
build a few walls around it so nothing else catches fire.
leave an opening so you can walk up to it and drop stuff into it.
you can build stairs up to it( optional).
now use your flint & steel to ignite the neatherack.
anything that falls in will burn away so don’t through away stuff that is important to you.
