You need:
6 fences
1 glow stone
1 wooden plank (optional)

This is a very simple crafting. First, put your wooden plank down. Second, stack 5 fences on top of the wooden plank. Third put you last fence in any direction (accept on top of the other fences). Fourth, put the glow stone underneath the sixth fence. Then your done.
