Materials Needed:
2 Wood Planks
2 Wooden Stairs
4 Wooden Fences

 
For the swinging chair, your floor will also need to be wooden slabs, so the wooden plank would sit above the slab creating a space. For the swining chair, place a wood plank, then two stairs beside it (facing out), then another wooden plank on the end. Connect the ends of the planks to a ceiling using the 4 fence posts and you have a swinging chair.
