Materials Required:
1 Wood Stairs
2 Item Frames

This new chair can be created because of the item frame added in 1.4. To make this, drop a Wood Stairs down (using birch is nice as it goes with the item frame). Now, place items frames on either side and you are done! You can optionally place items in the frames if you desire for a nice look.
