What You need:
Oak wood
Diamond blocks
Cyan wool
Brown wool

First put 8 oak wood blocks at an angle as in the picture.
Then put brown wool around the oak wood also shown in the pic.
After put the diamond blocks in a pattern as shown ,
And Finally put cyan wool around the the diamond blocks and you are done.
